Last year, Ghanaian media personality and actress Nana Ama McBrown, while hosting the Onua Showtime, performed a song she had composed for the first time. The song has begun garnering viral attention after a content creator released a tweaked version.

Nana Ama McBrown originally composed the song for award-winning gospel singer Obaapa Christy.
She admitted that she recorded the song years ago, but was waiting for the right time, which presented itself when the gospel singer appeared on her show as a guest.
The song, titled Onibie Adanfo, chronicles the renowned actress' grass-to-grace story and the consistent work of God in her life's story.
Onibie Adanfo has not been officially released. However, it has seen an uptick in traction on TikTok after producer and content creator Bishop Emmalex added his twist.
Her colleagues in the film industry, Christiana Awuni and Samuel Ofori, have already joined the growing frenzy about Nana Ama McBrown's song.

Nana Ama McBrown returns to Onua Showtime
The increased traction for Onibie Adanfo coincided with Nana Ama McBrown's return to the Onua Showtime show as its host.
She had been off the show for three months, with AJ Poundz standing in for her as the host for Onua Showtime.
Reports indicated that her hiatus was to undergo surgery on her injured arm.
The injury is from a 2013 accident involving McBrown and her husband, Maxwell Mensah, on the N1 Highway. She had already undergone four surgeries before the recent one this year.
On August 24, Nana Ama McBrown made a surprise comeback to the show as a guest. She shared her journey to recovery and assured fans of her wellness.

Earlier, YEN.com.gh reported Nana Ama McBrown had showered AJ Poundz, with gifts, the stand-in host of the Onua Showtime.
The actress and media personality called AJ Poundz a sister and established that what's hers could be for her stand-in host as well.
In a clip, she prayed for her colleague and asked Ghanaians to support her, hinting at what could be her own show by Media General.
