"It was a narrative that I had stolen him from a friend and that we were involved intimately, but the truth is that so much of what was said was fabricated. It nearly drove me to the brink of depression," she shared.

"This was the first time in my life I truly grasped what people mean when they say they are depressed. I remember retreating into my room, not emerging for two days. I spent that time crying and praying, asking God to bear witness to the truth of my situation. I begged Him to help clear our names without damaging my brand," she reflected.
