The founder and leader of the Heaven Way Champions International Ministry, Nana Agradaa, was jailed for fifteen years after being convicted of defrauding by false pretences and charlatanic advertisements.
An Accra Circuit Court handed down the sentence on July 3, 2025, following a three-year trial. She was incarcerated in the Nsawam Prison and began her sentence on July 5, after undergoing all necessary administrative processes.
Her incarceration has placed a spotlight on her husband, Angel Asiamah, who has been left with the task of taking care of Agradaa’s family, businesses, and church.
Asiamah throws birthday party for Rihanna
Nana Agradaa’s husband, Angel Asiamah, threw a birthday party for his stepdaughter, Rihanna, as she turned a year older on Thursday, August 21.
The memorable party was filled with goodies procured by Asiamah, including two birthday cakes - one designed with Disney princesses, and another with a birthday message.
Balloons, food, and drinks were also present abundantly at Agradaa’s daughter’s birthday.
Rihanna looked excited and happy as she cut her birthday cake, while Asiamah led attendees to sing her a happy birthday song.

Angel Asiamah pleads for Agradaa’s pardon
