During a recent church service event with his large congregation, the prophet noted that the footage, which garnered the harsh response from the MP, was old and that he shared the prophecy before the 2024 general election.

Prophet Roja noted that he was surprised by Kwame A-Plus's threats, as he was among the people who intensely prayed for him before he contested for the Gomoa Central constituency seat in the 2024 elections.

He said:

"The A-Plus video that is circulating on social media and has gotten people insulting me was recorded before the 2024 elections. It has been almost a year. I stood in my church to pray for A-Plus to win the election, but today, A-Plus is saying he has received a prophecy of some men beating me."
"I prayed for you. Go and check the date I posted that video. It was in 2024."

The pastor stated that his past doom prophecies had only received nationwide attention due to the recent helicopter crash that claimed eight lives, including the former Defence Minister Dr Edward Omane Boamah, whom he had previously predicted would meet his demise.
