Prominent Ghanaian actor and politician John Setor Dumelo and his wife, Gifty Mawunya Dumelo, flaunted their third child in public for the first time on Tuesday, August 26, 2025.

The couple, who have been married for seven years, surprised Ghanaians with the unveiling of their son, Demi Jacob Kudzo Dumelo, whom they welcomed in 2024 during the general election season.

Following the announcement, Gifty Mawunya Dumelo's sister, Sena Thywill Adzo Nkornu, has also taken to her official Instagram page to share a carousel post to celebrate her nephew's first birthday.
A series of photos showed her moments with her sister during her pregnancy photoshoot. Other photos also showed her performing her auntie duties as she spent time with her nephew, Demi Jacob Kudzo Dumelo.
Video of Dumelo's third child walking emerges
In a video shared by Sena Thywill Adzo Nkornu, John Dumelo's third child, Demi Jacob Kudzo Dumelo, was seen taking his baby steps inside a plush dining hall.
The Ayawaso West Wuogon MP's one-year-old son looked adorable in a white T-shirt with a bib around his neck and black shorts as he walked towards a chair close to the dining table while being filmed on camera.
As he made some significant steps, Demi Jacob Kudzo Dumelo sat down and received commendation from Sena Thywill Adzo Nkornu, who applauded his efforts. He later flaunted a bright smile before crawling on the floor.
