Ibrahim Mahama, the CEO of Engineers & Planners (E&P), and one of the wealthiest people in Ghana, not only counts himself as one of the few people in the country who own private jets, but is also considered to have been the first Ghanaian to have procured one.
News of his plane, a Bombardier 604 luxury jet named Dzata, first came up when the New York Times reported in 2014 that the US had flagged the aircraft for a trip to Iran.

It's unclear if the aircraft in the video making the rounds online is the Bombardier 604 luxury jet named Dzata, which he owns.
In the video, Ibrahim Mahama looked calm and composed as he steadily manned the control wheel.
Occasionally, he communicated with his co-pilot as they monitored the flight's complex navigation systems and took peeks through the cockpit windshields.
While his co-pilot was officially dressed in a uniform, Ibrahim Mahama was seen in what appeared to be a casual T-shirt as he conducted his business in the cockpit.
The renowned industrialist is known to be an auto lover. He boasts a luxurious fleet including a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagon, a Porsche 911 Turbo S, a Lamborghini Aventador SV, and many BMWs.
It is believed that the E&P CEO, had acquired a new private plane, in addition to the Dzata.
Political commentator Appiah Stadium, who is close to the Mahama family, was captured inside the new private jet. He interacted with a crew member to confirm that he was flying with Ibrahim Mahama.
