Alleged details of Stephen Amoah’s murder plot

According to Ibrahim Kwarteng Oppong, the founder and Executive Director of Crime Check TV Ghana, Bright Aweh allegedly meticulously planned the murder of his friend.

“Bright allegedly manipulated events to ensure his wife and his co-tenant left the house to ensure privacy to allow him commit the crime. Bright, the prime suspect is said to have also informed his upstairs neighbour who was preparing to leave for work that he should not come home early because he will be fumigating the house due to a 'funny smell' in the compound.” Kwarteng reported.

He added that Bright also attempted to get a neighbour who had a CCTV camera facing his home to take down the camera to allow him free rein to commit the alleged crime.

“When the neighbour offered to contribute to the cost of fumigation chemicals, Bright declined, insisting he would handle it himself. The source further indicated that Bright also confronted a neighbour about why his CCTV was facing his compound. The neighbour is said to have told him the camera was faulty, but later installed a 360 CCTV, which captured three motorbikes that entered the house before Stephen Amoah arrived. The purpose of the motorbikes remain unknown.” Kwarteng added.
