Kevin Taylor Slams Ridge Nurses’ PRO, Accuses Her of Bringing Her Profession Into Disrepute, Video

• US-based political commentator Kevin Taylor has blasted the Ridge Nurses' PRO Sarah Danquah over her reaction to the Ridge Hospital committee report
• The committee said it found no video evidence that activist Ralph St Williams assaulted a nurse and no evidence that she suffered a dislocated shoulder
• Danquah dismissed the report in a TV interview, claiming the nurse's injuries could have healed at home and alleging there was evidence of a second assault

US-based Ghanaian political commentator, Kevin Ekow Taylor, has slammed the Ridge Nurses’ PRO, Sarah Danquah, following her rejection of the Ridge Committee Report.

The Health Minister, Kwabena Mintah Akandoh, created a committee to investigate an incident at the hospital on August 17, 2025, when a group of individuals led by Ralph St Williams allegedly assaulted nurses at the facility.

In a viral video, Ralph St Williams accused nurses at the emergency ward of the hospital of being negligent after he sent in a critically ill patient.

In response, some nurses accused him of assaulting them, with one nurse identified as Rejoice Tsotsoo Bortei claiming she had suffered multiple injuries in the attack, including a dislocated shoulder.

Ridge Hospital Nurses PRO dismisses committee findings

The Ridge Hospital assault committee delivered its report on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, and noted that there was no video evidence showing a nurse was assaulted.

The committee also said nurse Bortei’s medical records showed no sign of the dislocated shoulder she had claimed to have sustained.

Sarah Danquah, the public relations officer of Ridge Nurses’, rubbished the committee’s findings in a GhOne TV interview on Thursday, August 28.

She also said nurse Bortei’s dislocated shoulder might have been healed with a massage at home and claimed they had video evidence of a second assault allegedly committed by St Willliams.

Kevin Taylor slams Ridge Nurses’ PRO

Speaking on his online show, With All Due Respect on August 28, Kevin Taylor blasted Sarah Danquah.

He said he found it astonishing how she could lie so comfortably on national television despite being a senior nurse and presumably, a Christian.

“After watching this lady, I'm now in fear of Christians. When I listened to this woman today, I felt so bad being a Christian. At a point I asked myself, when some people lie this openly, don't they feel bad? Don't they feel that they've offended themselves and they've offended God?” Taylor queried.

He also said nurses such as her would never admit when they make a mistake, which makes them dangerous people to be in the health sector.

“If this nurse works at a hospital and someone steals your baby, do you think she would admit that the hospital made a mistake? She would never do it. How can an elderly woman like you go on national television to spew such lies? This is not good, it's disgusting. You make nursing look so bad,” he added.

Kevin Taylor jabs Wontumi presenter’s Akyenkwaa

Previously, YEN.com.gh reported that Kevin Taylor jabbed media personality Akyenkwaa Nana Kofi Asare over his legal woes.

In a video, the controversial commentator claimed that the Wontumi TV presenter's woes could deepen during his stay in police custody.

Kevin Taylor also questioned the lack of support Akyenkwaa Nana Kofi Asare received from NPP sympathisers after he was apprehended.
